Over the weekend I had the opportunity to take a guided walking tour of the Allerton Gardens at Poipu. Here are some photos of the grounds:
There was a huge lotus garden but only a few in bloom
These are Morton fig trees. The roots are gigantic.
A lily pad with a frog
This is the fruit of a calabash tree. It grows right on the bark
