Neither Snow, nor sleet, nor rain...

Last weekend's craft fair had it's challenges like a leaky roof, a power outage and a vendor at the next booth who grated garlic and ginger for 5 hours straight. But I met lots of nice people who bought lots of scarves, the garlic grater people sold out and were not at the show the second day, and the downpour gave way to a beautiful day.

I have two more shows plus an Open House before the holidays so I need to get busy with more dyeing.  Like lots of other people, it takes a looming deadline for me to get in gear. This weekend was supposed to be a productive dye weekend but so far I've gone to a wedding and out to eat but not much dye has touched the scarves.  Tomorrow is my day to help hang a show at the Firehouse Galley -- maybe I can do some dyeing before and/or after since there is less than a week till my next show at Hilo High on Saturday.  I need my scarf rack to look like this again:
